Animal Shelter – Reflections & Intentions

Upon my exploration of profiling once loved pets and strays surrender and eventual adoption I discovered that I am more attached to this situation. I am much more aware of the issues surrounding animals in shelters and the effort in caring for them and getting them placed in another loving home. As a result of this exploration, I have decided to volunteer at ACCT Philly. Due to their training schedule I won’t be able to get started until at least early May 2014. This is an interesting turn in my life to be able to work with these lovely animals and to join the struggle.
